I am a transplant to Oklahoma from Texas, by way of Utah where I grew up, but I have come to love OK like it's been my home forever.

I have a BS from Utah State University in Journalism / Public Relations with a minor in Parks and Recreation (Event Management Emphasis). I have been married to my best friend for 24-years and raised an amazing son who recently got married to an even more amazing new daughter-in-law in August 2021. We have one fur-baby, Rockee. I own my own business, Barton PR & Marketing and recently obtained my Real Estate License and added an incredible side-career that perfectly compliments what I already do and love. Outside of work, I love to travel the world, try new restaurants and food, garden and improve our 10-acres in Norman we're building our dream home on, and spend time with my family and friends.
